• All products sold by Polder Peptides are intended solely for in vitro research, laboratory analysis, and educational purposes.
• Our products are NOT for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
• Our products are NOT dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products.
• By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are purchasing these products for legitimate research purposes only.
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

3. No medical advice

• Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice.
• We do not provide dosing recommendations, administration protocols, or usage guidance.
• Any information provided is for educational and research purposes only.
• Always consult a qualified professional for laboratory research protocols.

4. Customer responsibility

• The customer is solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of purchased products.
• The customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• The customer assumes all risk associated with the handling and use of purchased products.
• Polder Peptides is not liable for any misuse of its products.

5. Product information

• Product descriptions, specifications, and COAs are provided in good faith.
• We reserve the right to modify product information without prior notice.
• While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is error-free.

6. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in EUR and include 21% BTW where applicable.
• Cross-border EU sales: VAT is charged according to the EU OSS scheme.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Accepted payment methods: cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX, LTC, DOGE, XRP, XMR).
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment on-chain.

7. Shipping and delivery

• We ship to EU member states only.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (flat €10).
• Estimated delivery times: NL 1–2 business days, EU 2–5 business days.
• Polder Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened products.
• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer law).
• Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

9. Third-party testing

• Products are tested by independent third-party laboratories (e.g., Janoshik).
• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website or upon request.
• COAs indicate purity and potency as of the date of testing.
• We do not guarantee that future batches will produce identical results.

10. Privacy (AVG/GDPR)

• We process customer data in accordance with the AVG/GDPR.
• Data collected: name, address, email, payment information, order history.
• Data is used solely for order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
• We do not sell customer data to third parties.
• Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

11. Liability

• Polder Peptides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

12. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Polder Peptides harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use or misuse of purchased products.

13. Governing law

• These terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
• Before legal action, we encourage resolving disputes via our customer service.
