Shipping

Shipping & returns

We ship from the Netherlands to 12 EU countries. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days; Express is 1–2 days. All orders ship in discreet plain packaging.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following EU member states: NL, DE, BE, FR, ES, IT, SE, DK, AT, IE, PT, FI. We do not ship outside the EU.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • EU (all other countries above): 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping cost

Flat-rate shipping: €10 per order, regardless of weight or destination within our shipping zone.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address shows only our company name — no product branding, no peptide-related text.

Customs & imports

All our shipping is intra-EU, so there are no customs duties or import paperwork for deliveries within the EU. Orders to non-EU countries are not accepted.

Returns policy

  • No returns of opened products — for safety and chain-of-custody reasons, products with broken seals cannot be returned.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, per EU consumer law, in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or incorrect orders: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will resolve it.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
